FAP Wish List:
- New Books for the “Please Read to Me” project— Cost $2-$15 We are always in need of new books for our Please Read to Me project. Email Pat Stephens at pat@familyadvocate.org or see approved book list.
- Security Cameras – Cost $1000.
Our office is located in a sketchy neighborhood, and we’ve actually had one petty theft off an employee’s desk. Plus, on occasion, hostile clients in the CASA program show up in our office. We’d like to enhance the security of our building by providing some network cameras in office that can be monitored on the computer network. - Photo ID Badge Maker- $975
Our CASA Guardians use their court order and CASA badge to procure sensitive records from various places. Unfortunately, it wouldn't take much to imitate our badge style with logo clipart and a laminator. We'd like to go to a badge style that is not as easily duplicated. - New carpeting throughout Family Advocate Program offices—Approx. 4,000 sqft.
Our existing carpet, is...well, a bit worn and with all the volunteers we train each year, plus workshops and other events, it would be nice to upgrade our professional look. - A 2Gig Thumb Drive for our accounting software backup.--$40-$60.
